Kristina Fan is a Founder and CEO of 7 Chord, an award-winning start-up and the maker of BondDroid®, a fully customizable AI engine used by fixed income traders and investors to auto-price, auto-quote and, in the future, auto-trade bonds. Prior to 7 Chord, she was a market structure specialist at Blackrock. Kristina started her 20+ year career at Bear, Stearns in credit trading and risk. In 2011, after earning her MSc in Finance from LSE, she re-joined the business under JP Morgan. She has a BA in Economics from NYU. Kristina serves on the Advisory Board for Markets Media Women in Finance Award. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband and three daughters.
